4. Intellectual Property Rights

are owned by Date.mw Ltd. or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Modify content to fit technical requirements

5. Payments & Subscriptions

5.2 Subscription Terms

We are not responsible for:

• The conduct of any user online or offline
• Content posted by users
• The outcome of any interactions between users
• Misrepresentations made by users

8.3 Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control
• These limitations apply even if we have been advised of possible damages

8.4 Consumer Rights (UK)

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating formal proceedings:

1. Notification: Notify us in writing of the dispute
2. Negotiation: Both parties will attempt to resolve through good faith negotiations

4. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be settled by binding arbitration under LCIA rules

9.3 Arbitration Agreement

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

9.4 Courts & Venue

For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Date.mw regarding our services.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

10.4 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.5 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10.6 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
